Lisbon, Sept. 24-26, 2010

Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the
INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY AND COUNSELING RESEARCH,
to be held in Lisbon, Sept, 24-26, 2010, in the Autónoma University
facilities.

Various Scientific Societies, both from Portugal and from other
countries, have joined their efforts to promote and assure the quality
of a scientific meeting on the subject "IMPROVING RESEARCH ON
PSYCHOTHERAPY and COUSELING: A QUALITATIVE-QUANTITATIVE APPROACH",
namely the Society for Psychotherapy Research (SPR), the Associação
Portuguesa de Terapia Familiar e Comunitária (APTeFC), Sociedade
Portuguesa de Psicodrama (SPP), the Federation of European Psychodrama
Training Organisations (FEPTO) and the Associação Portuguesa de
Psicoterapia centrada na Pessoa e Counseling (APPCPC).

The deadline for submission of abstracts for symposia and oral
presentations will be May, 10th, 2010. Therefore, we would like to
suggest you submit your paper/presentation as soon as possible (online
submissions).

It's my pleasure to inform you about the International Summer School for Psychotherapy and Counseling Research, to be held in Lisbon, Portugal, from 24-26 September, 2010.
We hope to have many psychodramatists with us and ask your help to disseminate this information.
This multicultural meeting is themed Methodological Diversity in Psychotherapy and Counseling Research: Qualitative-Quantitative Approaches. It is targeted at PhD students, researchers and clinicians interested in psychotherapy research.
The invited speakers are Joerg Frommer, Chris Evans, Robert Elliott and Célia Sales.
This meeting will include:
- An international conference which will comprise the presentation of papers /posters and the discussion of on-going studies involving a panel of renowned experts in the field of psychotherapy.
- Methodological workshops aiming the dialogue and interaction between participants and researchers.

The Deadline for submissions of abstracts for oral, paper and poster presentations will be May, 10th, 2010. Therefore, potential presenters are encouraged to submit their papers/presentations/posters as soon as possible (online submissions only).
